What are your contributions to the team?

Help place purchase orders, follow up with suppliers and ensure parts are received on time as per schedule Help monitor and confirm the delivery of parts to production in close collaboration with internal partner functions Interact with various multi-disciplinary team (logistics- line, Programs, Finance, Production, Quality) Help manage inventory levels Support Buyers with clearing documentation discrepancies Help manage activities of non-conforming materials to meet schedule Participate in improvement projects (cost reductions, inventory manufacturing improvements etc.) Support program management by participating in program reviews and by providing the information related to any changes in schedule ###

How to thrive in this role?

You possess a strong sense of ethics and are customer focused You have excellent analytical, planning, problem-solving and interpersonal skills You have good knowledge of MS Office You are bilingual (French and English spoken and written)

Boarding Information:

Location: Dorval Plant 3 Duration: 8 months Virtual or on site
It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
