Job Title Intern Order Management

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an Order Management Intern who\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for working with our customers by using your best in class customer service! You will contribute to providing the right data, context, and approach which will change the way we do business and make a difference for our customers.

For a full immersion within our Order Management department and learning & practices, we are, ideally, looking for a minimum of continuous 8 months of work assignment. This internship will be from May to Dec 2023.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

Ensure all orders are entered quickly and accurately

Investigate requests for credit, debit memos/invoices in dispute and if warranted, process the credit note.

Order management, provide customer service and support

Work with colleagues in various projects to support continuous improvement

Any other duties as required.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need

Enrolled in College or University, preferably in Business, Supply Chain or Operations Management

A strong communicator (oral / written)

Strong interpersonal skills

Well versed in computer skills in application software: Excel; MS Word

Excellent customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
