What are your contributions to the team?

Analyze datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights. Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Clean, transform, and model data using Power Query, DAX and SQL. Ensure data accuracy and reliability through quality assessments. Apply data visualization best practices for intuitive reporting. Collaborate with teams to document client data and reporting needs. Support ad hoc reporting and other data projects as needed. ###

How to thrive in this role?

You are enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint, and Power BI. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex HR data sets. Excellent communication skills to present insights effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Administrative Centre (CA) Duration: 4 months Virtual or on site
