What are your contributions to the team?
Design and perform rapid prototyping of Flight Deck Human Machine Interfaces, and integrated it into test rigs.
Build and use library of 2D and 3D components for integration and evaluation of Flightdeck interfaces.
Perform Usability assessment of Flight Deck components, displays and interactive controls.
Perform task analysis and crew error analysis.
Support experiments using AR/VR in various test environments.
Perform literature review and summary/ presentation on technical Human Factors in Aviation subjects.
How to thrive in this role?
You are familiar with user-centered design process and have prototyping and graphical design skills.
You are enrolled in Human Factors, Industrial Design, Psychology, Computer Sciences or Engineering undergraduate degree or graduate degree.
You have knowledge in 3D modeling and / or rapid prototyping tools (such as Figma) and basic UI-UX concept rules.
Your are skilled in computer sciences, able to easily adapt to various software, resolve issues and document your solutions.
You have an interest in pursuing a graduate degree in Human Factors, Ergonomics or Human Computer Interaction or equivalent.
You speak and write in English and French
You're willing to ensure a sustained on-site presence, collocated and in interaction with the team and test environment.
