Reporting directly to the VP of Business Partnerships & Labour Relations, you will play an integral role in supporting HR client services and Labour Relations initiatives. As Intern, Business Partnerships & Labour Relations, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with Strategic HR Business Partners, HR Generalists, and Labour Relations supporting HR initiatives, conduct research, and contribute to projects that enhance employee experience and workforce effectiveness.As Intern, Business Partnership & Labour Relations, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that provide learning opportunities supporting the Business Partnership, Employee & Labour Relations, and Workplace Harassment and Discrimination teams. In this role you will play a key part in supporting the client centric delivery of services across our client groups.The successful candidate has some experience in demonstrating their understanding of HR functions, employee relations and the general applications of the Employment Standards Act.
