Arcadis IBI Group\'s VANCOUVER office is looking for an Intern Architect/Architectural Graduate to join its award winning Living+ Studio. You will be working on the detailing and working drawings for exciting Mixed-Use/Multi-Family Residential High-rise Buildings. Your attention to detail and proficiency on Revit will help you succeed in the role. Most Of The Things You\'ll Work On:

• Prepare working drawings and detail drawings for all projects in Revit
• Assist in Contract Admin services such as the review of shop drawings and preparation of site instructions
• Assist in the preparation of design development packages
• Working with production teams
• Coordinate with sub-consultants, engineers and prepare technical working drawings
• Work on multiple projects at the same time and lead small to intermediate size teams to complete each project
• Work with clients and user groups to develop concepts during schematic design and design development meetings
• Organize and lead user group and client stakeholder meetings
• Prepare meeting minutes and project schedules

Qualifications
You\'ll Need To Have:

• Minimum of 3 years related project experience focused on multi-family (high-rise/mid-rise/low-rise) or multi-use projects
• Experience producing range of deliverables like: working drawings, building permits, construction drawings within a deadline driven environment
• Past experienced assisting and supporting Project Manager
• Experience working with and coordinating with project Specialists/Consultants and Engineers
• Knowledge of Construction Administration process
• Proficient working with Revit and other software tools like: AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, etc.
• Experience working within multi-disciplinary Teams on large complex projects
• High level of accuracy, be detailed oriented with strong time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong of interpersonal skills to work with range of professionals
• Aware of Building Code and other industry guidelines
