This is an Associate level position for someone who is a Registered Architect with 10 to 15 years of experience, looking for an opportunity to grow personally and professionally in a new and dynamic environment while serving in a Senior Management capacity in the firm. You must have significant experience in all aspects of Architectural design, with a thorough understanding of Architecture and Interior Design. Experience in Retail Design would be a definite asset. Your true strengths lie in design, more than the technical side of the business; it includes site planning, concept development and repurposing existing buildings. A knowledge of building codes; site inspections; assembling complete consulting teams, managing priorities and deadlines and the dynamics of retail design is part of your tenured experience. You also understand how to use or manage software appropriate to our industry. You have a good understanding of all the related in-office responsibilities of running a successful team and project. You are also comfortable in a role that entails business development, client management, staff motivation and dispute resolution.
