Job Description

Our government sector client is seeking an Intermediate Quality Assurance Analyst to write test cases for User Acceptance testing using Jira, Azure DevOps, and REST APIs to test SAP applications and interfaces.

Mandatory Skills:

• 5 years experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst
• 3 years writing test cases from use cases, non-functional requirements and design documents.
• 3 years REST APIs testing v
• 3 years SAP applications and interfaces testing
• 3 years JIRA and Azure DevOps experience
• 3 years User acceptance testing including creation of user acceptance plan, status reporting, and managing assigned tasks
• 3 years Software Application Development environment (details/description of environment must be included).

Desirable Skills:

• Smoke testing, unit testing, system testing, integration testing, regression testing
• Web applications test experience
• Integrated environments testing
• Developing API test scripts in Postman
• SQL scripting and MS SQL Server
• Agile methodology
• Data integrity standards

It will provide increased opportunity to streamline, automate and align processes with leading practices through the use of modernized enterprise-class ERP technologies. This Quality Assurance Technical Analyst with application testing and automation experience to supplement the QA Team, testing multiple integrated systems, including; COTS, custom in-house applications, MuleSoft API\'s, and 3rd party integrations.

• Review, evaluate and provide test input during business requirements and design specifications gathering sessions.
• Identify and communicate testing issues, implement process improvement and issue resolution.
• Identify the target test items to be evaluated by the test effort.
• Support in development and execution of test plans.
• Define the appropriate tests required and any associated test data.
• Gather and manage the test data.
• Support project teams utilizing automated testing tools.
