Intermediate Interior Designer (luxury Hospitality)

Description of the company: Our client a full-service interior design firm with a focus on luxury hospitality projects. They have been in business since 2017 and have a team of experienced and talented designers, with an extensive portfolio of rare properties including commercial, residential, and lifestyle hospitality developments worldwide. They are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join their team. Candidates we've placed have praised this firms collaborative approach to projects, the growth and extra responsibilities available to them.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of hospitality projects from concept to completion.
- Work with clients to understand their needs and create designs that meet their goals.
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the interior design team.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality interior design.
- Strong design skills and a creative portfolio.
- AutoCAD and SketchUp working experience.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Experience with some level of project management is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
