We are looking for an intermediate Art Director + Copywriter team to join our agency. Concept development of ideas (big and small) will be your primary focus, executing those ideas across digital and social platforms will be your bread and butter.
Our ideal candidates will be ambitious content creators. However, they should also have the ability to hone those ideas into executable assets based on client needs. This team should be creative, experienced and capable of consistently producing work that is smart and beautifully crafted.

The Day-to-Day
Conceptualize and create campaigns and assets for a variety of clients and audiences in different industries.
Create persuasive art and copy to engage target audiences while still adhering to brand guidelines.
Present creative work and rationale to internal teams and clients for discussion and approval.
Regularly attend and participate in internal and client briefings.
Partner with the production team to ensure accurate development of assets that achieve the objectives outlined in briefs and maximize the use of budget.
Manage multiple projects in a timely and efficient manner.
Contribute to building a positive agency culture and develop solid working relationships with other departments and clients
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role at an advertising agency.
Strong portfolios - across digital and social media that demonstrates originality, innovation, and multi-disciplinary thinking throughout your work.
Art Directors should be proficient in After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop, Writers should be comfortable producing copy across a variety of channels (web, social, digital, print, etc.)

Versatile. You are experienced at writing / art directing for different formats, including social, digital, print and video.

Entrepreneurial. You take initiative and proactively come to the table with new ideas to push creative forward.
Production Savvy. You know how to work within budgetary constraints and have experience working with photographers, directors and vendors.
Time Management. You can meet deadlines and be on time for meetings despite juggling multiple projects.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. French proficiency is considered an asset.
