Job Description




Monitor stock levels; Manage multiple Internal Requirements with short timelines; Manage purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies; Verify purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list; Verify pricing is inline with company strategies and cost savings initiatives; Track the status of any orders with the suppliers & ensure adherence to required Project delivery dates and and inventory; Input & Maintain Purchasing data into internal operating systems; Verify receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolve shipments in error with suppliers. Process Claims derived from non supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods; Manage any procurement activities as necessary and assigned within the team.

Qualifications




Advanced experience in Glass industry, an architectural or construction environment or related field; Good knowledge of Excel, Outlook MSOffice; Ability to read & comprehend both Manufacturing and Architectural Drawings; Good understanding of measurements and mathematical calculations. The person must demonstrate organizational skills, a great motivation and excellent communication skills; Good understanding of the interior construction of commercial buildings; Detailed and Articulate in internal and external correspondences. Perfectly bilingual both oral and written.



Qualifications




Intermediate experience in the architectural or construction environments, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and MS Office. Ability to read and understand manufacturing and architectural drawings. Strong understanding of measurements and mathematical calculations. Excellent organizational skills, motivation, and communication abilities. Fully bilingual, spoken and written.



Do You Have What It Takes?




Experience in the glass, architectural, or construction field. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. DEC or equivalent degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field. Strong customer-service orientation. Ability to multitask and perform multiple follow-ups. Experience working with an ERP/MRP system SAP, B1. Strong communicator. Fluent in English with good working knowledge of French. Strong MS Office skills; Excel is a must and strong analytical skills.
