We are seeking a motivated Intermediate Architect with a strong design background and a collaborative mindset. With 3-5 years of experience, youll have the chance to take on meaningful responsibilities, contribute to innovative projects, and grow your career in a supportive and stimulating environment.   • Contribute to the design process by developing creative and functional architectural solutions for various projects.
  • Assist in managing projects from conceptual design through to construction, showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborate with project managers, senior architects, and team members to ensure high-quality results.
  • Engage with clients and consultants, providing support during construction administration and project coordination.
  • Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents, ensuring adherence to high standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing new ideas and approaches to the design process.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, create effective presentations, and clearly communicate design concepts and project progress.
  • Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 3-7 years of professional experience with a diverse project portfolio.
  • Progress towards or achievement of architectural licensure is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
  • Experience in managing project phases from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
  • Passion for architecture and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the built environment.
