Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Intermediate Accountant

to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle bookkeeping and supporting the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations Assist with month-end procedures and reporting Support preparation of monthly work-in-progress (WIP) reports Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely financial information and support operational decision-making

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop required Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required Familiarity with Heavy Job software is a strong asset Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a high degree of reliability

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $27-$35 per hour Comprehensive health benefits plan RRSP program available after one year of employment
