About the Role
We are seeking an Intermediate Accountant to join our finance team and provide key support across multiple areas of the business. This role combines hands-on accounting with analytical, operational, and audit-related responsibilities. You will assist with monthly financial reporting, audit preparation, cashflow analysis, internal control reviews, and management reporting across several subsidiaries.
This position is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys a mix of detailed accounting work and analytical problem-solving within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
Support cashflow management through daily and weekly monitoring, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Participate in internal control reviews and assist in implementing process improvements to strengthen governance and efficiency.
Collaborate with the team to prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors during annual and interim audits.
Perform financial and operational analysis to support decision-making across departments.
Assist with intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidations across multiple entities.
Prepare management reporting packages, highlighting key trends, variances, and insights.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.
Contribute to special projects, including ERP improvements, process documentation, and system integrations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-4 years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience.
CPA designation in progress or interest in pursuing (preferred).
Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is an asset.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
