WHAT'S THE BIG IDEA?




As our

Interim Marketing Manager

you will take the wheel of a high-energy, data-driven marketing engine--bringing equal parts creativity, curiosity, and strategic punch. You'll steer our campaigns from idea to approval, sharpen our HubSpot reporting and automations, shape targeted drip sequences, and spark fresh content and social media strategies that feel authentically Calvert. You'll own our annual customer feedback survey and help map the full customer journey so we can truly understand marketing ROI. As a leader, you'll coach and guide a small but mighty team, keep our agency partners aligned, and ensure our plans, budgets, and brand stay on track. And as the voice of marketing across the business, you'll collaborate with Business Development and other teams to deliver on the annual plan--pivoting, problem-solving, and adding your creative flair every step of the way

Strong leadership skills and desire to mentor Excited to troubleshoot, problem solve and think outside the box. Ability to take initiative in driving business objectives and exploring new ideas Creative ideas and design ability Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to rapidly shifting priorities while keeping projects on track Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Minimum 5 years experience in a Marketing role with at least 1 year of leadership experience required. Industry experience in real estate or real estate investing considered an asset CRM experience needed, HubSpot experience considered an asset Experience implementing a CRM considered an asset




WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING




Marketing - 70%




Initial review and sign off on all marketing materials including email campaigns, social media content, blog posts, event pages and more utilizing our compliance checklists. Use data and analytics to measure individual campaign effectiveness. Produce data-driven monthly, quarterly and annual executive summaries of marketing performance. Oversee HubSpot marketing module and evolve reporting, dashboards, and automation sequences. Work with Marketing associate to design and build series of highly-targeted drip campaigns and report on performance. Ownership of annual customer feedback survey. This includes designing the plan and timeline for survey distribution, creating questions, coordinating with other departments for approval and action steps, and presenting survey results with action steps. Build out customer journey maps using HubSpot data so we can understand marketing ROI. Support the VP Business Development in execution of the community and Real Estate Investor strategies. Oversee and contribute ideas to content calendar Oversee social media strategy including both organic and paid performance and report on lead quality and approval ratio. Conduct market research on competitors, clients, and other insights, as required. Creation of marketing materials including event invitations, blog posts, case studies, and more. Effectively and use many different accounts to produce and distribute content including but not limited to: Zoom, Eventbrite, Asana, Google Drive, Calendly, Dropbox, Linktree, Canva, Hubspot and WordPress.

Leadership - 20%




Host bi-weekly marketing meeting to discuss priorities, challenges, provide guidance and collaborate on ideas Conduct monthly 1-1's and quarterly scorecard meetings with team members Work with individuals to develop their scorecards based on marketing annual plan Manage relationships with third-party contractors including our website contractor, our marketing agency partner, and sound branding partner. Review and approve monthly budget spending to ensure it's in line with annual department budget.

Department Ownership - 10%




Represent the marketing department at cross-departmental meetings including monthly manager meeting, growth meeting, Business intelligence, and one underwriter meeting per month. Learn company brand guidelines and ensure all materials adhere to the rules within. Carry out all initiatives on the Marketing annual plan and pivot where needed. Lead and sign off on the revision of all processes and procedures where required due to changes as a result of HubSpot implementation. Work with Business development to implement lead scoring system and Customer lifetime value tracking and apply learnings to marketing and BD efforts.
