This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic lawyer with excellent people skills and a great team spirit to join our Talent Management team in Toronto as the Interim Director, Associate Programs. Working with the Talent Management Directors, the Associates Committee and other members of firm management, the successful candidate will share responsibility for the oversight and day to day operation of our associates program, including recruitment, career development, performance management and engagement. This role also assists with professional development programs and diversity & inclusion initiatives for legal professional firm members. Location: Toronto Office The successful candidate will have:

  • a law degree and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario;
  • excellent academic credentials;
  • at least 4 years of experience practicing or in talent management at a large law firm;
  • outstanding interpersonal skills, communication skills and judgement;
  • excellent written and oral presentation skills; and
  • the ability to lead large projects, handle multiple priorities, and problem-solve effectively and diplomatically.
