This position is covering a maternity LOA and can be worked from any of our locations or remotely.



As an IS Connected Support (Precision Ag), you will manage incoming customer and employee calls to assist with Precision Ag equipment and technology solutions. In one of Canada's top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.



Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service (professional phone etiquette, attentive listening, timely responses) Support the Intelligence Solutions team with Expert Connect related items, technical, and operational initiatives Perform remote diagnostics using Remote Display Access Read and understand technical manuals relevant to John Deere and short-line products Accurately document and communicate recommendations to minimize downtime for customers Lead new hire onboarding for Intelligence Solutions department Assist in development and facilitation of training and materials Provide reporting and data maintenance for relevant programs Analyze call and ticket data to provide training recommendations Understand Operation Center set up, value, new features, and best practices Develop and monitor effective Intelligence Solutions department processes Build and maintain positive professional working relationships with internal and external customers

Requirements

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, learning mindset Knowledge of farming and agricultural systems in regional area Extensive experience in ag-related role and diagnosing/repairing Precision Ag products Ability to analyze/interpret data/reports Skilled using MS Office and internet-based applications High school diploma or equivalent, Ag/Engineering/Business degree preferred Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays Valid driver's licence
