We are looking for an outgoing, determined, and driven Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team!

The Role:





We are seeking an

Integration DevOps Engineer

to accelerate the digital transformation of our freight brokerage operations. This role combines expertise in

system integration, automation, and AI-driven decision intelligence

to create seamless workflows, reduce manual effort, and empower our teams with smarter, faster insights.



The ideal candidate will lead the integration and automation of our core brokerage workflows (order ingestion, track & trace, invoicing) by orchestrating TMS/CRM/ERP and external carrier systems via APIs/EDI, with production-grade monitoring and exception handling. Stand up a pragmatic data/BI layer for actionable ops insights, then layer in decision support (rules first, targeted predictive next). Partners with vendors where advantageous; prioritize business outcomes over custom builds.

Responsibilities & Duties:





Automation & Workflow Integration


Design and implement

end-to-end automated workflows

that connect TMS, CRM, financial systems, and external platforms (carriers, shippers, load boards). Develop or integrate

rule-based and AI-driven automations

to reduce repetitive tasks such as order entry, tracking, document processing, and invoice reconciliation. Select, evaluate, and

operationalize

predictive models Ensure integrations are

scalable, reliable, and error-resilient

, with built-in monitoring and exception handling. Own

orchestration, monitoring, and exception management

with SLAs

Intelligent Systems & Decision Support


Build and maintain

decision intelligence systems

that provide real-time recommendations on carrier selection, rate negotiation, and load prioritization. Develop

predictive and prescriptive analytics models

to support operational decision-making (ETA forecasting, pricing optimization, capacity planning). Integrate external intelligence sources (market rates, capacity trends, fuel indexes) into operational dashboards. Partner with business leaders to design

AI-driven decision support systems

that improve efficiency and profitability.

Data & Insights


Create and manage

data pipelines

to collect, transform, and distribute operational data across systems. Deploy and maintain dashboards and analytics tools that deliver actionable insights to sales, operations, and leadership. Collaborate with data science teams to refine ML models and embed them into

day-to-day decision workflows

.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement


Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, sales and customer service teams to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities. Document integration architectures, decision models, and workflows for scalability and reusability. Stay ahead of trends in

AI, RPA, and decision intelligence technologies

relevant to logistics and supply chain

Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5-8 years of experience in

systems integration, automation, or intelligent systems development

. Proficiency with

APIs (REST, SOAP), EDI standards (204, 210, 214, 990, 997), and ETL pipelines

. Strong programming skills in one of more of

Python, C#, or Java

, with experience in automation frameworks and AI/ML libraries. Knowledge of

decision intelligence platforms, decision support systems, or optimization engines

. Experience integrating at least one of

TMS platforms (Uber, MercuryGate, Trimble)

and logistics technology ecosystems. Experience with

RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere)

and workflow orchestration. Familiarity with

applied decisioning

(rules + basic predictive) and ability to embed into workflows; deep ML experience is a plus. Understanding of predictive analytics, optimization, and AI-driven recommendation systems.

Preferred Skills




Experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or supply chain technology an asset. Familiarity with cloud-based AI/automation platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Background in

business rules engines, expert systems, or decision modeling (DMN, BPMN)

. Exposure to

intelligent document processing

(OCR, NLP) and conversational AI for customer/carrier interactions.
