The immediate need is to staff one (1) position:



One full-time permanent position in Swift Current, Saskatchewan (English Essential).


PLEASE NOTE:


This position requires on-site presence. Applicants are encouraged to apply ONLY if they are willing and able to work in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. This position is located at 1 Airport Road, Swift Current, Saskatchewan.

Education:

A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives (see Note 1).

Degree equivalency


Experience:

Significant experience in managing a salary and operating budget.



Significant experience in managing a multi-disciplinary team, including performance management, establishing work plans and delegating work, establishing leave and/or training plans.



Experience in providing advisory services in an operational capacity to management on complex issues involving multiple stakeholder and critical timelines in at least one of the following areas: procurement and contracting, financial management, or real property management.



Significant experience is defined as having the depth and breadth of experience that would normally be acquired over a period of two (2) years.


Multi-disciplinary team: Team members are engaged in differing objectives but working towards a common goal. May also include remote teams.



*Complex issues are those with at least two (2) of the following characteristics: multidimensional, highly sensitive, affecting many partners or stakeholders, precedent-setting, having a major impact on service or program delivery, in direct fulfilment of organizational priorities.

Graduation with a degree from a recognized post secondary institution with acceptable specialization in business administration, public administration, finance or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.

Degree equivalency

Significant experience in managing the development and implementation real property projects.



Significant experience is defined as having the depth and breadth of experience that would normally be acquired over a period of two (2) years.


Experience in representing an employer in the negotiation of agreements.
