Leo Burnett is looking for an Integarted Project Coordinator to join their growing team. The Integrated Project Coordinator will have an understanding of the creative process from brief though to production, to ensure projects are executed on time and on budget. Working closely with Account Managers the project manager will help lead integrated schedules, resource and workflows on a variety of projects. The project manager will focus on the delivery of high quality and efficient work while mitigating risks and working quickly to resolve any issues that arise.
The Integrated Project Coordinator is expected to play a variety of project support and team leadership roles while developing the skills and experience necessary to become a more senior PM. Develops and maintains SOWs.
  • Drive project delivery through effective use of internal and client status meetings:

    • Clarifies and communicates project objectives and success criteria.

    • Develops and tracks project plans for individual tracks of work (as part of a larger project plan).

  • Manage and control project scope and the change control process.

  • Assure that projects complete according to schedule and within budget.

  • Ensures all production teams have the assets required to do their work.

  • Facilitates meetings and project documentation.

  • Manages project budgets and timelines.

  • Facilitate QA and deployment.

Qualifications


Qualifications

  • 1+ years of project management experience, from an interactive agency managing small to mid-scale digital projects from banner ads to medium-sized website executions

  • Demonstrated team leadership capability

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skill

  • Solid understanding of agile project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

  • Proven ability to work with internal and external development and creative teams
