GraceMed is seeking an experienced
Integrated Marketing Manager
to lead high-impact marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and engagement across our clinic network. This role collaborates closely with the Marketing Director, clinic leadership, and cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies and deliver measurable results that support our surgical and medspa services.
As An Integrated Marketing Manager, you will:

Digital Lead Generation & Campaign Management:
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies focused on generating high-quality, qualified leads for both medspa and plastic surgery services
Lead multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms, SEO, and content marketing to drive consistent patient acquisition
Build segment marketing programs using insights and data to engage target patient demographics and treatment categories
CRM & Marketing Technology:
Design and implement lead scoring models to prioritize high-value surgical consultations and optimize central intake efficiency
Build automated nurture sequences and marketing workflows that guide prospects from awareness to consultation booking
Manage marketing technology stack including CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, and scheduling integrations
Analytics, Attribution & Performance Reporting:
Analyze and report on campaign performance using digital analytics tools to optimize spend allocation and improve ROI
Implement sophisticated lead attribution and multi-touch tracking across all marketing channels
Clinic Support & Marketing Enablement:
Educate clinic teams, surgical coordinators, and providers on marketing programs and enablement resources
Support our innovative Clinic Ambassador program, enabling clinic-specific marketing plans, content calendars, and strategies
What you will bring:

5+ years in marketing strategy, planning, and digital marketing - preferably in healthcare, medical aesthetics, or service-based industries
Deep experience with digital lead generation and performance marketing delivering measurable results
Proven track record implementing and optimizing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
Advanced proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, conversion tracking, attribution modeling)
Knowledge of social media platforms, digital technologies, and content marketing strategies
Experience with SEO strategy, content marketing, and local search optimization for multi-location businesses
Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and campaign optimization
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, or related field
