Overview
Reporting to the Sr Director of Marketing & Brand, the Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment and execution of DUER's integrated campaigns and seasonal launches. This role will lead the orchestration of 360 go-to-market campaigns across product, retail, eCommerce, and wholesale channels -- ensuring that brand storytelling and commercial objectives come to life seamlessly across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and able to translate strategy into action by managing cross-divisional inputs, timelines, and deliverables.
Key Areas
Campaign Orchestration
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across product, brand, and seasonal launches.
Drive alignment across creative services, media, influencer, PR, email, social, partnerships, and sales channel owners (eCommerce, Retail, Wholesale).
Ensure campaign deliverables are on-time, on-budget, and aligned to business priorities.
Cross-Functional Integration
Collaborate with Product, Operations, and cross-departmental leads to ensure launches are supported across the business.
Partner with Market Development and New Store Opening leads to integrate seasonal campaign considerations into retail openings and comp-store activations.
Act as the central hub for communication, ensuring clarity of roles, timelines, and responsibilities across stakeholders.
Process & Project Management
Own campaign project management workflows from briefing to execution.
Track campaign milestones, dependencies, and risks; proactively escalate and problem-solve to keep initiatives moving.
Champion tools and processes that enable smooth collaboration across teams.
Brand Storytelling Integration
Ensure DUER's brand storytelling flows consistently across all channels in seasonal and campaign executions.
Support the amplification of creative concepts across touchpoints, ensuring campaigns feel connected, not siloed.
Partner closely with brand and creative leads to ensure campaigns meet brand standards and narrative goals.
Requirements
5-7 years of marketing experience with a focus on integrated campaign/project management, ideally with Brand-led DTC experience (ie: retail, apparel, lifestyle, CPG, etc).
Strong track record in orchestrating cross-functional campaigns across multiple channels.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills; proven ability to influence without direct authority.
Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Passion for brand storytelling and building campaigns that drive cultural relevance as well as business impact.
Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working with ambiguity while driving clarity.
