THE TEAM & CONTEXT:
The Integrated Communications Leader is a key strategic role responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies to support the organization\'s goals and objectives across all of our channels and partners. This position requires someone who can effectively manage B2B communications, social media management, and pure public relations efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
\xc2\xb7 Develop and execute integrated communications strategy in collaboration with PR agencies with the intention to align brand marketing plan and launches
\xc2\xb7 Optimize PR budget while diversifying communications plam
\xc2\xb7 Orchestrate Magazine communications sent out to our commercial field team.
\xc2\xb7 Putting together B2B newsletters to support specific launches and events
\xc2\xb7 Answer Press release opportunity and creating blog, content to keep the brand top of mind
\xc2\xb7 Create monthly reports on the brands PR initiatives by leveraging data and metrics to refine strategies and justify initiatives
\xc2\xb7 Manage social media accounts, ensuring the organization maintains its top DBPI (Digital Brand Performance Index) spot. Develop and execute strategies to grow the online community by generating conversations, sharing updates, and publishing weekly updates on social media channels
\xc2\xb7 Influencer Relations: Build and nurture relationships with influencers.
