A successful insurance agent in Southwestern Ontario is seeking a qualified professional to join their team for the role of Insurance Account Representative. This position requires a 'hunter', interested in helping the business grow through proactive conversations and exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities:
Find and develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Provide prompt and focused customer service.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Requirements:
Sales experience with a successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in all forms
Proactive in building relationships and problem-solving
Ability to make presentations to potential customers
Property & Casualty license (preferred/must be able to obtain)
