Insurance QA Analyst:

Forward Insurance Managers Ltd. is a modern, independent, Canadian Insurtech MGA. JET is Forward's full policy life cycle platform used by insurance brokers across Canada. We are hiring a detail-oriented Insurance QA (Quality Assurance) Analyst. This role aids in ensuring the quality and reliability of Forward's JET platform. The position is located in downtown Vancouver, BC and is 100% in-office (not remote).

Your Day-to-Day:

Perform QA testing of various JET platform transaction functions to ensure accurate updates and criteria have been successfully implemented on different classes of insurance (visit www.forwardinsurance.ca for our product offering). Document testing results and report findings back to internal stakeholders. Assist in creation and maintenance of testing documentation. Collaborate with product owners, underwriting team, senior leadership to understand insurance product requirements and workflows. Participate in sprint planning with the JET team, assisting in coordinating successful publishes. Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. At least 1 year in insurance field (broker, underwriting, claims) Relevant insurance education (completion of or working towards Fundamentals, CAIB, CIP, or similar) Strong professional written & verbal communication. Transparent and inclusive collaboration style. Meticulous attention to detail. Comfortable with modern technology tools, especially MS Office (bonus if familiar with Jira/Confluence). Organized and adaptable - not phased by shifting priorities. Successful completion of a criminal record check.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
