Summary
We are looking for an Insurance Lead to join our team. Working in conjunction with Client Solution Managers, you will facilitate the process of establishing life insurance policies for our high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients while engaging with their existing financial, accounting, and legal advisors.
In this key role, you will serve as one of the points of contact for clients after the handoff from the sales lead. You will assist in developing the requisite insurance solutions, considering client-specific structural, insurance, and financial objectives based on the available suite of solutions offered by Stalwart. You will subsequently manage the client's underwriting and solution implementation process from initial application to closing, including maintaining insurance models, client materials such as actuarial and legal opinions, financing, and other steps required for the closing and maintenance of client policies. Subsequently, you will remain engaged with our clients to ensure the appropriateness of the solutions and then formulate and implement steps required for solution maintenance and amendment.
Stalwart will provide the requisite training required for the role. You will be expected to complete your LLQP course and licensing shortly after joining the team.

Your role will include, but will not be limited to:
Working together with Client Solution Managers, develop client solutions within the context of their existing income, wealth, and overall objectives
Collecting and organizing client information prior to application submission to major insurance companies
Recording and saving client calls, meetings, and correspondence.
Completing and processing client life insurance applications
Tracking completeness of the application files up until the policies are issued and following up with the responsible parties as needed to collect additional information from clients or their doctors and schedule medical follow-ups
Updating client files with meeting notes, call notes, and summaries of written communications
Engaging in direct discussions and scheduling with clients
Maintaining an up-to-date view of client information
Required Skills or Experience
A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, commerce, business, statistics or other related fields
Some internship experiences working in fields related to life insurance or financial services
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
A self-starter with problem-solving initiative, diligence, and an ability to learn quickly
Committed to producing meticulous, accurate, and thorough work product
Significant experience with the Microsoft Office suite and Google suite
Salary and Benefits
$100,000 - $120,000 base salary with opportunity for significant incremental bonus subject to performance
