Blacklock Law Firm is expanding and we are looking for two associates to join our Insurance Defence team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of post-call experience in personal injury work.Our Insurance Defence Lawyers handle their own cases from start to finish but are always provided with guidance and mentorship whenever needed. You will be responsible for handling cases in all areas including:
- Bodily Injury Tort Claims
- Accident Benefits Claims
- Priority and Loss Transfer
- Property Loss Claims
- Subrogation
- Experience handling both tort and accident benefit claims
- Casual dress
- Flexible schedule
- Paid time off
- Work from home
- Monday to Friday
- Commission pay
