Responsibilities: We are located in NW Calgary. There is only one position is available at this time. We respond to customer concerns, billing issues and claims. After licensing and training, you will join a supportive and successful team. This position enjoys a salary compensation component, bonus, benefits and SPIFF compensation with opportunity for very competitive income. • Must drive a reliable vehicle.
• Must have clean credit (No outstanding items in collections and no bankruptcy in past 7 years)
• Demonstrates accountability and reliability in the quality and timeliness of work
• Answers and responds to calls, email and voicemails in professional and timely manner
• Team player. you\'re a \xe2\x80\x9cdo-er\xe2\x80\x9d, who loves working with others to finish a common goal.
• Experienced with upselling, soft sales
• Ability to provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service
• Ability to multi-task \xe2\x80\x93 effective time management skills and ability to work in a pressure environment
