Responsibilities:

• Answering customer calls and inquiries
• Processing endorsements and payments in insurance company portals
• Completing mid-term & renewal policy reviews
• Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
• Providing exceptional service and professional advice
• Completing all applicable documentation with accuracy
• Following company & carrier guidelines
• Working well with other team members

Qualifications:

• MUST be RIBO licensed
• MUST be fluent in Chinese
• Motivated self-starter who is results driven and has a positive attitude
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with MS Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience with Broker Management Systems and CompuQuote. PowerBroker experience is an asset.
• Regular hours are 9 AM - 5 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM Monday to Friday.
