As an Insurance Broker at The Insurance Lab you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients secure the insurance coverage they need to protect their assets and achieve financial security. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide expert advice. Assess client risks and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients, explaining coverage options and terms. Process insurance applications, underwriting requests, and policy changes. Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation. Handle client inquiries, claims, and issues with professionalism and efficiency. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best service.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Insurance Broker or a related role. Strong knowledge of insurance products and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering top-notch service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented and organized.
