Responsibilities

Assist clients in assessing their insurance needs Provide expert guidance on various insurance products Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance providers. Prepare and submit insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Conduct regular policy reviews and offer clients tailored insurance solutions as their needs evolve.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills Computer experience Detail-oriented Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts effectively and quickly Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to customer satisfaction Driver's License is a requirement of this position as you will be required to work as scheduled in either our Trochu or Elnora location, however this position is mainly for our Trochu location Must be able to work full time, 35 hours a week Must pass the Level 1 Insurance Broker exam within 3 months of employment and be committed to self studying
