Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance Broker Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to our brokers, ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our brokerage.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist insurance brokers with day-to-day operations, including client communication and policy management. Prepare and process insurance applications, quotes, and documentation. Maintain accurate and organized records of client information and transactions. Coordinate with insurance carriers to obtain necessary information and resolve issues. Monitor policy renewals and ensure timely follow-up with clients. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience required. Must have RIBO license or equivalent, or be in the process of obtaining. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with insurance software is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
