Duties:
- Market and sell insurance products to potential clients
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and acquire new customers
- Utilize retail sales techniques to effectively communicate the value of insurance policies
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Negotiate insurance rates and terms on behalf of clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Qualifications:
Proven sales track record
Minimum of 2 years of Personal Lines Sales
Self- starter with the ability to establish sales & retention goals
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship skills
RIBO License is required or ability to convert OTL to RIBO
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
Strong attention to detail
High level of computer skills, knowledge and previous experience working with SIG XP and Compu-quote will be an asset
