Duties
Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions by analyzing various policies available in the market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies on behalf of clients to secure favorable outcomes.
Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand client base.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products to provide informed advice.
Collaborate with insurance companies to ensure timely processing of claims and policy renewals.
Provide multilingual support to clients when necessary, enhancing communication and understanding.
Skills
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent negotiation skills to advocate for clients' best interests effectively.
Experience in retail sales or insurance sales is highly desirable.
