Setting up and conducting meetings with clients to understand their insurance and investment needs Presenting and selling life insurance and investment products and services tailored to client goals Building and maintaining strong client relationships through ongoing service and support Actively growing your book of business through prospecting and networking Recruiting, mentoring, and leading a team of agents to expand your brokerage and generate additional revenue Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Staying informed on market trends, new products, and industry best practices to provide expert advice Managing client paperwork, policy administration, and follow-ups to ensure smooth policy implementation
