In this role, you will be responsible for providing clients with comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to their auto, home, business , travel, life insurance . As an Insurance Broker, you will leverage your sales skills and market knowledge to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best coverage options available. This position requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to service.

100% commission-based

hybrid position allows you to work both remotely and in our Oakville office, ensuring you have the flexibility and work-life balance you need. We offer full support and training to help you excel and grow within our company.

Our sales producer position requires a sales-oriented and outgoing individual with a proven history of sales, networking and generating leads skills. You will be enabled to grow your book of business with a competitive compensation structure in a technology-oriented environment.

Qualifications and attributes:



RIBO/OTL Sales Focused and not shy to go out and create referral partners from various businesses Able to Multitask and generate leads from various sources Independent, Ambitious and Competitive

Duties



Manage sales administration tasks, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records.

Generate new business through existing networks and Centers of influence Review quotes and recommends coverage based on individual consumer needs.. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively market insurance products. Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to secure the best coverage options for clients. Provide ongoing support to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with their insurance policies. Flexibility to work from office or home

Experience



Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales, preferably in the insurance industry. Strong background in customer service with a focus on building lasting client relationships. Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to develop effective insurance solutions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with sales administration processes and tools is advantageous.

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
