We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Broker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients navigate the complexities of insurance options, providing expert advice, and facilitating the purchase of insurance policies that best meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and a passion for customer service. This position requires a proactive approach to outside sales and the ability to analyze client needs effectively.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance products tailored to individual client requirements.
Engage in outside sales activities, including networking and telemarketing, to generate new business opportunities.
Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients and underwriters to secure the best coverage options.
Assist clients with benefits administration and provide ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through diligent sales administration practices.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials that enhance outreach efforts.
Requirements
Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields such as retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisions positively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
Proficient in analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate solutions.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus for handling sensitive client information responsibly.
Previous experience in telemarketing or direct sales is advantageous.
