What You Bring to the Table:

Active insurance saleslicense and 3-6 months of previous insurance experience is required. A strong drive to hit sales targets and achieve goals. Proven experience in

customer service

with a passion for building relationships. Comfort and proficiency with technology and computer programs. Strong

communication

skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle client retention and inquiries with ease. Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and working hours as needed. Outstanding

Your Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with their daily insurance needs through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Provide

following a fair rotation schedule. Provide

insurance quotes

and sell new policies. Manage walk-in traffic efficiently, handling transactions and inquiries promptly. Follow up on client accounts to resolve any outstanding matters. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry changes to offer the best possible service. Be proactive in managing individual filing tasks and maintaining organization. Make timely

renewal calls

to existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction.
