What you will be doing
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, providing status updates, and addressing concerns from clients.
Analyzing and evaluating risk profiles of clients and offering customized insurance solutions to effectively manage and minimize risks.
Pulling autoplus and MVR reports and rating the risk according to company standards. Conduct thorough insurance policy reviews and provide clients with personalized coverage recommendations, ensuring they understand terms, coverage, and benefits.
Preparation of quotes for new business opportunities.
Collaborate with team members and underwriters to ensure accurate and timely policy issuance.
Creating new policies for insured and preparation of policy documentation and payment to complete sale.
Preparing replacement cost evaluation and rating personal property in accordance with company policy.
Answering coverage questions and making changes to existing policies including taking payment information for subsequent changes.
Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and regulations.

What you bring to the team
Alberta Insurance Council - General Insurance License Level 1 or 2 and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
Post-secondary education and/or CIP designation are considered an asset.
In-depth knowledge of automobile insurance policies and understanding of personal property insurance policies.
Experience with Alberta regulations for Grid Premiums.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with insurance software and MS Office Suite.
High level of attention to detail, organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
High degree of emotional intelligence and empathy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
