In this role, you'll apply your relationship-building and organizational skills to help clients find the right home and auto insurance solutions. You'll act as their trusted advisor--guiding them through policy options, ensuring exceptional service, and contributing to team success.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through attentive service and follow-up.
Assess client needs and provide personalized home and auto insurance recommendations.
Manage policy renewals, applications, and changes with accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless client experiences.
Support business development and retention initiatives--
no cold calling required!
Who You Are
Background: 2+ years in a structured account management, sales, or customer service role (insurance, telecom, finance, or professional services preferred).
Education: Some post-secondary education is required.
Skills:
Strong relationship management and consultative sales abilities.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
Confident problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Mindset: Ambitious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a trusted insurance professional.
Licensing: Must obtain a General Insurance License (self-study program within 6 weeks of hire). Licensing costs and training support are provided for qualified candidates.
