The Opportunity

We are seeking

motivated and entrepreneurial Insurance Brokers / Producers

This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow with the full support of an innovative and flexible brokerage behind them.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain a portfolio of

personal and/or commercial insurance clients

Generate leads through existing networks and Centers of Influence Deliver exceptional service and expert insurance advice Work in a

fully digital, paperless environment

with modern CRM tools Operate with full flexibility: remote, hybrid, or in-office options available

What You Bring

RIBO license

is a

MUST

Strong sales aptitude and entrepreneurial mindset Outstanding customer service and communication skills Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment Adaptable and open to new technologies and processes
