About the Role



We're looking for an

Auto / ICBC Insurance Advisor

to join our growing team. In this client-facing role, you'll handle ICBC/Autoplan transactions, provide tailored insurance solutions, and help clients navigate their insurance needs.

If you're detail-oriented, sales-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Do



Process all ICBC/Autoplan transactions, including new policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Use ICBC's Policy Center for batching, adjustments, and endorsements. Recommend insurance options tailored to each client's unique needs. Meet and exceed branch and personal sales targets. Maintain accurate client files and documentation. Stay up-to-date with ICBC rules, industry changes, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with your team to streamline processes and enhance client experiences.

What We're Looking For



BC Level 1 General Insurance License

(Level 2 preferred or in progress). Minimum

6 months of hands-on experience

with ICBC/Autoplan. Proficiency in navigating ICBC's Policy Center, including batching and endorsements. Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and organized.

Bonus:

Bilingual (English + another language) or experience in personal/commercial insurance.
