AMC Insurance Brokers is seeking dedicated Auto Insurance Advisors to join our team full-time at multiple locations across the Lower Mainland. We are seeking a dynamic, sales-driven team player with a Level 1 or 2 BC Insurance license and expertise in ICBC's new Policy Center. This opportunity is perfect for individuals seeking a flexible schedule and a balanced work-life arrangement.

We are currently hiring an adept insurance professional with a minimum of 6+ months of ICBC Autoplan experience.

Requirements:

Minimum Level 1 license, with preference for those holding or working towards a Level 2 license. Proficiency in ICBC Autoplan, including Policy Center operations. Innate ability to cultivate enduring relationships with clients. Track record of delivering exceptional customer service and insurance counsel. Familiarity with ICBC Batching is advantageous. Proficient in written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking auto insurance. Utilize strong communication skills to explain insurance policies and coverage options. Conduct sales presentations to potential clients and assist them in selecting the best insurance plans. Utilize negotiation skills to ensure competitive pricing for clients. Collaborate with team members to streamline sales administration processes. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
