Insulator Journeyperson

Job Description
Flint is looking for Insulators Ticketed and Non-Ticketed for an upcoming turnaround. These positions will be in Fort McMurray with fly-in/fly-out from Edmonton and Calgary hubs starting ASAP
What would you be doing?
- Insulation removal
- Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications to determine insulation requirements and select type of insulation required
- Measuring and cutting insulating material to required dimensions using hand and power tools
- Applying and securing insulation using spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping and other application and installation methods
- Fitting insulation around obstructions and between studs and joists
- Installation of vapor barriers
- Fabricate metal sheets and apply insulating materials to finish surfaces
- 6/1 rotation, with ability to work days or nights as required
- Have your recognized trade certificate or proof of hours
- Have valid up to date safety tickets: CSO, H2S Alive or Awareness
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.

- 11.5 hour days with 2 paid breaks
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of a drug and alcohol testing.
