We specialize in residential new builds and renovations, working with homebuilders, general contractors, property managers, and homeowners.

We're currently seeking a dedicated

Insulation Technician

to join our team. This role is essential to delivering one of our core services--installing loose fill insulation. You'll be responsible for setting up equipment, completing installations efficiently, and ensuring quality standards are met. Additional duties include equipment maintenance, accurate paperwork completion, and performing quality checks.

Work Environment:

This position involves both indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions (hot, cold, humid, dry). Use of personal protective equipment is required to ensure safety when handling potentially hazardous materials.

Requirements:



Valid driver's license Clean criminal record

Key Responsibilities:



Install loose fill insulation in residential and commercial properties Prepare work areas, materials, and equipment Operate tools and equipment safely and responsibly Perform basic tasks using hand tools Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair tools and equipment Remove insulation using vacuum extraction systems

Assets (Not Required but Preferred):



Previous construction experience Experience with spray foam insulation
