We specialize in all forms of insulation for a wide range of residential and commercial customers. We are currently seeking a hardworking, self-driven and reliable Insulation Labourer to join our dynamic team.

As an Insulation Labourer, you will support our insulation installation team by performing various tasks related to the preparation and installation of insulation materials. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality. We are looking for a full time, permanent employee who is looking for an introduction to the insulation trade with a company who promotes growth and movement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation of insulation materials in residential and commercial buildings Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools Load and unload insulation materials as needed Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently Perform general maintenance and upkeep of tools and equipment Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Work Environment:

Installations can occur in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces Work occurs year-round in both indoor and outdoor environments Work can include working at heights PPE and respiratory equipment must be worn

Qualifications:

Experience in construction or insulation work Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members Valid, clean Ontario driver's license is required

Schedule:

Ability to work extended hours (44+) as schedule dictates No weekend work required Overtime regularly available
