Job Description

Thermo Design Insulation is currently hiring full-time construction labourers.

As a construction worker/labourer, you will be working alongside our foremen and project managers, assisting them with the installation of insulated metal wall and roof panel systems.

Assist in the installation of insulated metal wall and roof panels and flashings. Installation of various types of sealant, caulking and air barrier membranes. Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a crew and on their own. Must have reliable transportation. Ability to work outdoors in various types of weather. Working conditions are physically demanding and require handling heavy loads and working from heights. English is required. Experience in construction is an asset. Operation of manual and power operated tools such as: circular saws, grinders, reciprocating saws and various types of drills. Ability to stand for long periods of time on rough/uneven ground. WHMIS, CSTS, fall arrest certification, aerial work platform certification and other safety certifications are an asset, but not mandatory as training will be provided.
