Experience in the following will be considered an asset:



Service, assemble and test valves and instrumentation Installation of instrumentation as per client specification. Installation of pneumatic and process tubing as well as required support structure planning Pressure testing of process tubing. QA documentation for receival, installation and testing. Interface with internal and external customers Field service work is required in plants or on-site service unit Ability to work overtime to meet customer requirements Install and calibrate instruments with the use of pneumatic, electrical, and various bi-directional protocols. Develop detailed reports for installation and setup of instrumentation and controls equipment. Commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical, instrumentation, and controls equipment. Consult manufacturers' manuals to determine test and maintenance procedures. Ability and flexibility to work rotational shifts and/or out of town

Schedule:


4x10 hour Occasional overtime weekend work required

Experience:


Instrumentation Apprentices: 1 year minimum (required) Previous construction experience (any trade) Professionalism and Punctuality are key Construction experience with installation of instruments and tubing both process and pneumatic (3/8" and 1/2" primarily) Journeyman Level - experience working with cient project documents like instrument index, instrument installation details, knowledge of ABSA. Provision of own speciality tool - Benders.
