We are currently seeking a candidate with

three (3) years

of

experience in Supply Chain & Logistics Management

to join our passionate team. As an online Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of supply chain and logistics experts. Your expertise and guidance will enable students to develop the skills and knowledge required to excel in this ever-evolving industry.

Duties and Responsibilities



Demonstrate a thorough and accurate knowledge of the field. Instruct curriculum using only pre-authorized and provided materials. Teach students using a diverse and systematic plan of lectures, presentations, demonstrations, discussion groups, case studies, and independent or group projects. Employ appropriate adult teaching and learning strategies to communicate the subject matter to diverse students. Administer and marks quizzes, assignments, exams, and/or other assessments to monitor and evaluate students' progress according to guidelines and procedures. Evaluate student performance fairly and consistently and return student marks promptly. Provide feedback on student performance. Arrange feedback from students on the instructor, content, and facility at the end of each course. Demonstrate sensitivity to student needs and individual circumstances in a multicultural environment. Resolve student complaints and concerns with a positive and professional attitude. Maintain attendance records accurately. Participate in scheduled meetings and annual events like graduation. Maintain confidentiality of student privacy and information. Stay current in the subject matter through professional development. Display an attitude of teamwork and problem-solving. Perform other related duties as required.

Skills Required



Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database systems Excellent oral and written communication to present information in a way that students will understand as well as adapt to the different learning styles Online teaching (training provided, but computer skills are essential)

Qualifications



Must have a diploma or degree in the related discipline.

Must present with a minimum of three (3) years of current, relevant work experience
Schedule:

Monday to Thursday Evening shift (5:00 PM to 10:00 PM) No weekends

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:

teaching: 1 year (preferred)
Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
