Job Duties/Qualifications, Skills and Abilities(QSA)
1. Curriculum LeadershipLead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Medical Diagnostic curriculum.
Collaborate with Program Heads, faculty, and committees to ensure compliance with competencies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Oversee course materials for accuracy and consistency across campuses and delivery modes.
Incorporate feedback from students, faculty, and accrediting bodies into curriculum updates.
Serve as a key liaison among Program Heads, faculty, and clinical partners to support. curriculum alignment, operational efficiency, and student success.
Prepare documentation to support program and course revisions.
2. Faculty/InstructorSelect, design, update and construct educational courses and lab aids/materials.
Prepare and deliver lessons, assignments, lectures and demonstrations for educational purposes.
Supervise students in classroom, clinical, labs, tours, etc. May involve travel.
Evaluate students using exams, assignments and observations and to record student progress.
3. Program Evaluation and Quality AssuranceLead and coordinate academic program accreditation, including self-assessments, site visits, and action plans for quality improvement.
Support faculty and administrators through training, guidance, and liaison activities to ensure compliance with Equal standards.
Monitor accreditation cycles, prepare outcome reports, and contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of accreditation standards.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)
1. Degree or Diploma in a Medical Diagnostic discipline (Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Radiologic Technology or Combined Laboratory Xray Technology) and current registration and licensure with the appropriate professional regulatory body.
2. Minimum two years' experience working in a clinical Medical Diagnostics department.
3. Advanced certification or degree equivalency through education, training, and experience is desired.
4. Demonstrated experience in curriculum design, development and evaluation.
5. Effective communication skills (oral and written).
6. Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to function as a team member in an ever-changing environment.
8. Demonstrated competence and recent experience in the use of the internet, e-mail, MS Office Suite software and the ability to learn and adapt to changing technology.
9. Demonstrates valuing diversity.
